carrie maternity {bay area maternity photographer}

i had so much fun this weekend down in LA visiting carrie. i'm finally excited about taking photos again! just in time for all the new babies to be born. this weekend we did a maternity shoot since carrie is 8 months pregnant. we looked through maternity photos online and picked a few we wanted to try. carrie was up for anything! we had grand plans of visiting the beach or other locations, but ended up just getting all the ones we wanted at home (and couldn't get the sunset ones we wanted because of the june gloom). can't wait to meet baby GIRL nolen who should be here in just a few weeks!!

i love his face in this one because i was making strange squeeking sounds to get him to look at me and it worked! i fooled him! he was just staring at me like, who is this crazy person called gangy??

how cute is he going through the doggie door? it was too funny to stop him... until he lost my trust when he dumped the dog water bowl over and got me in trouble.

i was in denver this past weekend visiting my godson. here is the first of a bunch of great photos of him. he had fallen earlier in the day and got a scratch on his nose which i was able to get rid of with photoshop. i sort of like it better with the scratch, since that's how i remember him, but liked the challenge of removing it and thought lisa would like it better without...


he's really the coolest thing ever. while he likes men much better than women (lisa's excuse for why he liked morgan more than me...), he still waved at me every now and then, gave me the ET finger touch, and... most of all... he says Gangy!! yay! can't wait for him to keep getting better at it. i'll be back in 8 weeks or so for the birth of his little sister!! (or maybe little brother? are we still saying that?)
